Designs for Sketch Show
TV commercial, aired summer 2003, for Quantum Claims Ltd./Faulds Advertising, animated at Red Kite Productions Ltd. As creative co-director of the artworking team, I devised the character, setting and style designs. The brief required an animation in the style of pastel courtroom-report drawings, with a transformation of the central animated character into a real live actor at the end. Although we used traditional, lightbox drawn animation for the line work, the pastel and "transformation" effects were achieved digitally using Adobe Photoshop and After Effects. Layout visuals for NHS leaflets Working closely with the commissioning design agency, I produced six marker drawings to their specifications, to indicate future photographic content within the layouts.
